The Potential Future Home of the Bayside Opportunity Center at 28 Portland Street

A discussion of the history of 28 Portland Street and 353 Cumberland Avenue, formerly the Goodwill building and now the location of the Portland School Department Administration. The building was constructed in 1900 and has been utilized as the Portland Nash Automobile dealership, an ammunition storage facility during WW2, a paint store, and a Neurological Center for the developmentally challenged.
